As the Chairman of Ahluwalia Holdings Pvt Ltd he has interests in Security manpower services, transporting cash for banks, protection of high net worth individuals, Security & Loss Prevention Audits, providing business owners information for making informed decisions, the use of technology in Remote Surveillance and Examinations for schools, colleges, universities and coaching centers.

Capt. Ahluwalia He is a founding member of International Business Research Associates, Hong Kong; member of the World Association of Detectives, USA; The Ligue in Switzerland; INTELNET in the USA; ASSOCHAM, FICCI, and Confederation of Indian Industry . He is a member of All India Private Detectives Association in which he chairs the Legislative committee, Governor in the Central Association of Private Security Industry, and a Board member of the Security Sector Skills Council.

He was awarded the Malcolm Thomson award in South Africa in 2012 by the Council of International Investigators, the USA for his devoted services to the Council. He has been bestowed with this honor amidst a host of world-renowned investigators from around 50 countries of the world.
